        The staff were incredibly attentive, arranging a doctor visit for my sick child, which made our stay stress-free. The breakfast options were fantastic, especially the made-to-order meals that gave us a great start every morning.

        my stay was exceptional compared to my previous visit in medina. the triple room was spacious and very clean, and the location was super close to the ladies' entrance of the mosque. the breakfast spread was fantastic, with various delicious options available.

        the elevators were a bit slow at times.

        It was just a suitable option for a short break in Medina with good value for cost. Room service was excellent and they quickly brought us tea in a teapot and fresh orange juice when we asked.

        Exceptional Hospitality and Prime Location

        My family had a great time during our stay. The room was spacious and very clean, and the location was just a quick walk from Al-Haram.         It was just a top selection for a holiday in Medina with reasonable price. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making the check-in process smooth. Make sure to request room upgrades if you can.

        Housekeeping staff were exceptionally attentive to our needs.

        The bathroom ceiling had visible mold, which is concerning for guest health.

        The staff were outstanding, making us feel like we were in our second home. Our room was spacious, perfect for our family, and just a short walk to the mosque.

        My kids wished for a wider variety of kid-friendly meals. Some healthier options would make the dining experience even better for families.

        It was a commendable fit for a day tour in Medina with good value. The walking distance to the ladies' entrance of the mosque was incredibly convenient, just a 2-minute stroll. Make sure to bring your own outlet converters, as the room lacks USB ports.

        had a great stay at intercontinental! the triple room was spacious and clean. it's super close to the ladies entrance, making it very convenient. the breakfast was fantastic and the staff, especially mr hussein, provided excellent service. i can’t wait to book again, especially during ramadan.

        During my recent stay, I enjoyed the incredible hospitality of the staff, especially Chief Concierge Mr Abdulhameed, who made our trip delightful. The hotel’s location is perfect, just a short walk to the main attraction. However, the bathroom had some wear and tear, which could use improvement.

        Our family had a great stay with spacious, clean accommodations just a short walk from the mosque. The staff were incredibly attentive, especially the housekeeping team who went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect for our visits to Al-Haram.         So we had a two bedroom suite that was massive. Had a kitchen, and plenty of room for everyone. The breakfast was a buffet that had everything from fresh omelettes to amazing Karak Chai. Armaan from breakfast was helpful and friendly, really made us feel at home. It was nice coming back after a long day to such cozy and clean spaces.

        It certainly wasn't cheap but for the quality, it was acceptable.
